Brief info

Kwame is a product of the University of Ghana and the London Guildhall University (now London Metropolitan University). Before joining our team, Kwame had a diverse career in banking and consulting both in Ghana and the United Kingdom.

Previous experience includes working with UniBank Ghana as a Senior Credit Risk Officer. He also served as the Head of the Risk Surveillance Unit and later Credit Services and Recoveries at the Trust Bank.

He established and headed the Credit Risk Department of Opportunity International Savings and Loans Limited before joining the Sahel–Sahara Bank (BSIC) to manage the Corporate Banking Lending Portfolio of the Credit Department.

In the UK, Kwame performed in various roles including as a Financial Transactions Analyst and a Credit Control Analyst with ZWEMMER holdings, City Sprint, and the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.

In May 2015, Kwame was seconded to Josren Ventures Co. Ltd., and was responsible for the establishment of a production unit of the company and supervised the design, fabrication, and transportation of 122 pieces of Foundation Module Supports and six (6) suction piles for Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP), in the framework of the Sankofa Oilfield Development Project between the Government of Ghana and ENI, which amongst other goals was to build Ghana's third FPSO vessel (FPSO J.A Kuffuor), and the fabrication of 6 pieces of Anchor Suction Piles for the said vessel.

Prior to joining the Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation he was CEO and Chairman of Eric Morgan Consulting, a company he established in September 2009.

Kwame is experienced in corporate banking, credit risk management, financial markets and derivatives, general management, as well as business processes re-engineering, with an extensive professional network in Ghana and the city of London.
